The culmination of the 2013-2014 sororal year programs, events, and activities resulted in DCP Alumnae receiving multiple awards at the 44th Southern Regional Conference in Tampa, Florida.

Douglas-Carroll-Paulding Counties Alumnae Chapter (DCP) received the Alumnae Chapter of the Year Award (Southern Region) for 2011-2013 during the 51st National Convention of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. in Washington, D.C. on July 11- 17, 2013. DCP was recognized for its significant programs, outstanding planning and meaningful contributions to our service areas.

Along with many external accomplishments, Sherry Adams is recognized as a certified trainer for Delta Internal Development within the Southern Region (2015-2017).
