Greetings Community, Community Partners, Friends and Sorors,
It is with great honor and humility that I greet you as the newly elected President of the Douglas-Carroll-Paulding Counties Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. I am deeply grateful for the trust you have placed in me to lead our chapter into this new season of service, sisterhood, and impact.
Our theme for this biennium, "Anchored in Fortitude, Driven by Purpose," reflects both the foundation upon which our beloved sorority stands and the vision that will guide our work. Anchored in the unwavering strength of our Founders and our sisterhood, we will remain steadfast in our commitment to serve. Driven by a clear and purposeful mission, we will continue to uplift our communities, advocate for social justice, and empower those we serve.
As we embark on this journey together, my priorities are to:
∆ Revive our energy and engagement through meaningful programs and initiatives.
∆ Reconnect with sorors and community partners to strengthen relationships and expand our reach.
∆ Reclaim sorors who may not currently have a chapter home, we welcome you with open arms.
I look forward to working alongside each of you—our dedicated officers, members, and community stakeholders—as we move forward with unity, passion, and excellence. Together, we will ensure that the legacy of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated continues to shine brightly in Douglas, Carroll, and Paulding Counties.
